The Marketing Coordinator plans, directs and implements campaigns and marketing initiatives to enable the company to achieve its sales goals, build its brand recognition and deliver its products. Campaigns can run across all media including direct, web, social and SEM so a strong understanding of all is required. The Marketing Coordinator will also evaluate customer needs, market conditions, competitor data and implement highly effective marketing plans. All plans will be developed with measurable return on investment (ROI) goals and results will be tracked accordingly.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to channel strategy and support its implementation
    • Plans, directs and implements campaigns and marketing initiatives
    • Identify growth opportunities and lead efforts to capture them
    • Support initiatives to improve competitiveness, marketing efficiency, and transaction volume
    • Make suggestions to improve site traffic
    • Communicate strategic priorities and findings to senior management
    • Formulate recommendations for product enhancements and new requirements to improve traffic and Conversion
  • Operational

    • Work to implement new ways to engage our customer
    • Measure the key drivers of the consumer decision journey from shopping, booking, post-purchase, and repeat
    • Liaise with marketing teams across the organization to share and implement best practices
    • Use data to drive business decisions

Candidatul Ideal

  • Education & Experience:

    • Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Cybernetics or related
    • Min. 3 years experience in a similar position or with similar duties
  • Mindset

    • Out of the box thinker, creative yet highly analytical
    • Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement
    • Successful at working in a team culture
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment
    • Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge:

    • Extensive experience of managing campaigns and programs
    • Strong knowledge of web marketing, email marketing and social media
    • Understanding of IT services, small business technologies, Microsoft software systems
    • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Publisher
    • Project management experience
    • High quality writing and presentation skills
