Main objective is the business development through excellent telephone, chat, email and in person sales and communications skills. The Sales Rep will be in charge of qualifying outbound and inbound leads (right profile of company and contact person, identify high level pain) and setting up sales meetings.

  • Clients Sourcing

    • Research accounts
    • Identify key players,
    • Prospect through proactive outbound calling to qualify leads and set up an initial call with relevant contacts at the prospect company
    • Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery calls
    • Spark curiosity and generate interest
  • Sell like crazy

    • Achieve assigned sales quota metrics (and go beyond because we pay biiiig bonus)
    • Works with client’ needs and pains
    • Meet with the clients and make them feeling important
    • Uses strong negotiation selling skills to propose and sell
    • Create Value Propositions for our clients
  • Post Sale

    • Route qualified opportunities for further development and closure
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
    • Utilize company sales automation tools to accurately report activity
    • Forecasting monthly and quarterly results
    • Collect and share market insights from prospect engagements

Candidatul Ideal

  • Education

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferable technical field
  • Experience

    • 3 years experience selling printing solutions, equipment or technology in general,
    • Experience in business- to-business sales experience with strategic selling assignments to medium/big companies and Public Sector
    • CRM experience
  • Abilities

    • Ability to research and find relevant information about prospects (companies, contacts)
    • Ability to understand prospect’s business and industry, priorities and challenges
    • Confident and adaptable conversationalist, whether in-person, on the phone or via web meetings
    • Great questioning and listening skills
    • Proficient with corporate productivity, sales tools and web researching tools
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Other requirements:

    • Willingness to travel for company business events
    • Excellent English
