Academia de HR is recruiting for its Client, an important recruitment and employment agency for work abroad for Denmark.

Our client has over 10 years of experience in labor force mediation in emerging countries (Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Romania, etc.) for Denmark, ensuring compliance with the law and respecting all the rights of the candidates placed abroad. The company distinguishes itself by providing full support to the resettlement process (including also Romanian-speaking employees) that assists candidates in fulfilling legal formalities and comes with a rich offer of attractive projects and jobs, especially for the area of blue collar workers. All the contracts offered are aligned with the Danish Collective Bargaining Agreement, which is an additional guarantee to Romanian workers that they are paid at Danish standards. The projects offered vary in duration from 3-6 months to 1-2 years and come from various fields such as Production and Construction.

Our client already has a strong presence in Romania, this post representing their need for growth / development for local operations.

Descrierea Jobului

We are looking for an Recruitment Coordinator  who will carry out recruitment projects contracted for Denmark and in the future, will coordinate the work of the Bucharest office.


  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

  • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates, develop and implement sourcing strategies (e.g. job advertising, job boards, online)

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for the positions in recruitment (where needed)

  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job websites/newspapers/social media etc.

  • Create relationships with job seekers. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

  • Screen & evaluate candidates resumes and job applications, matching the most suitable candidates to different positions to deliver the recruitment of blue collar workers (e.g. smiths, welders, construction and production workers)

  • Collaborate with hiring consultants from Denmark


  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

  • Contribute to the development of the recruitment office in step with company’s growth

  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

  • Manage the recruitment and selection processes

  • Manage the recruitment and selection processes and is a motivational leader for the future recruitment team (to be hire as the office activity grows)

Candidatul Ideal

  • Education

    • Higher education
    • Min. 3 years experience in recruitment projects, preferably with blue collar workers
  • Other requests:

    • Microsoft Office
    • English Language (well)
    • Driving licence (preferably)
