Descrierea Jobului

The main role for the Client Services Manager is to act as a liaison between the organization and its customers coordinating a team of 40 client’ support staff and operators

  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients

  • Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems. Handle and resolve client queries

  • Develop strategies for improving customer services. Inspire repeat-business from clients

  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction. Develop surveys and capture client information

  • Liaise with different departments about client queries

  • Offer advice to clients on services and products

  • Deploy specific marketing campaigns for clients

  • Maintain team spirit and enthusiasm after an working day

  • Support and train client services staff. Conduct customer service workshops and presentations

  • Maintains complete and detailed records about clients queries consistent with financial standards, procedures and requirements of third party accreditation agencies

Candidatul Ideal

An excellent Client Services Manager is having great communication skills and proven management abilities to coordinate a large team within an international environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communication/Marketing or a related field

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service role

  • 1+ years’ experience in management position preferred

  • Strong communication skills required

  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail

  • Exhibits self-development and self-motivation

  • Excel enthusiast

  • Excellent English
