Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Chief Research Officer for the Bucharest team. The role will lead all our Client’s research activities and manage accounts across the globe by maintaining good relations with clients.
The CRO is responsible for leading, coordinating, and directing research-related activities from the methodology, sampling, questionnaire (including setup), monitor data collection, and reporting. Working in close connection with the clients’ teams, CRO will manage international accounts and projects by monitoring teams, offering assistance (trainings) and communicating with team members and verifying that all projects and tasks are on schedule.
CRO will be responsible for three main areas related to our Client’ research activities: (1) Market Research Coordination, (2) Account Management, (3) Improving company research software. Below is a detailed presentation of these responsibilities:
