Job Description

We are looking for a Testing Engineer (located in Bucharest)

The primary responsibility for this position is to test the company’s products and devices considering local tehnical conditions.

  • Test the company’s products and devices by verifying the quality of GSM signal reception from various telecom operators in various locations & working conditions

  • Responsible for operator testing, protocol testing, field testing

  • Responsible for the technical support for local testing, verify the issue, help to check the root cause

  • Responsible for all local function testing

  • Digging local scene, improving the local test strategy and test case

  • Responsible for the expansion of trial human resource, tracing the trial issues and improving the trial efficiency, and the management of testing materials

Ideal Candidate

  • Expertize:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics related is preferred
    • Having the experience of the validation testing with any Europe operators is preferred
    • Be familiar with field testing , have 4G&5G log analysis ability
    • Have the local testing experience will be preferred

  • Other requirements

    • English advanced (is also working language)
    • Good communication and coordination ability
    • Strong quality awareness and risk control ability
    • Accept short-term domestic/international business trips (less than 2 weeks)

  • Personality

    • A proactive, hands-on person who can work in a dynamic environment
    • Team person, positive attitude, open to ideas
    • Autonomy and initiative, together with the discipline to act unsupervised to achieve results
    • Skills in planning, organization, punctuality, creativity, analytical intelligence
