With major real estate projects in several parts of the country, the company is growing steadily and is looking for an experienced Personnel Administration Responsible.

Descrierea Jobului

We are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll and Personnel Administration Responsible (for Real Estate industry) (located in Bucharest).

The main objective of the role: carrying out the salary calculation and drawing up the payroll statements.

Below are some of the most important responsibilities:

Salaries / Personal files (main)

  • Management of personnel files and payroll activities

  • Carrying out the salary calculation and drawing up the payroll statements

  • Preparation of employment contracts, job descriptions, additional documents, termination / suspension decisions, disciplinary proceedings, certificates

  • Monthly centralization of timesheets required for salary calculation

  • Application of the provisions of the labor legislation in force and of the changes that may influence the labor relations

  • Drawing up, concluding and declaring in Revisal the individual employment contracts and their modifications

  • Preparation of additional documents to change the position / salary or decisions to terminate / suspend the individual employment contract

  • Transmit AJOFM vacancies

  • Scheduling of vacation leave

  • Preparation and Registration of Tax Returns and other official procedures related to payroll

Recruitment (secondary)

  • Identifies and manages the right recruitment channels to promote vacancies

  • Requirements analysis for candidate profiles

  • Making and posting recruitment announcements

  • Conducting recruitment interviews

Candidatul Ideal

  • Educație și Experiență

    • Bachelor Degree preferable in Economics, HR, Legal, Psychology/Sociology
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar positions
    • Experience in the commercial Real estate field (is a plus)
  • Alte competențe

    • Good command of English
    • Excel & Power Point
    • Communication skills – ability to listen to and speak with team members and managers
    • REVISAL
    • SAGA (advantage)
  • Personalitate

    • Proactive, dynamic, hands-on person who has the ability to work in a dynamic environment
    • Positive, casual attitude, open mind, creativity
