We are looking for a Marketing Director that plans, directs and implements campaigns and marketing initiatives to enable the company to achieve its sales goals, and consolidates its brand. Campaigns are running across all media including TV, direct, outdoor, online and Social Media, so a strong understanding of all these channles is required. He/She subordinates a large team (a brand manager, commercial manager, a national merchandising manager, a team leader and 25 merchandisers in the territory).

Specifically, here are some examples of responsibilities:

  • Develops and execute the marketing strategy that supports the company objectives and positively impacts sales, revenues, awareness, and market share

  • He/She oversees the marketing department (30 people – a brand manager, commercial manager, a national merchandising manager, a team leader, and 25 merchandisers in the territory). Establish KPI’s for each team member. Constantly monitors and analyzes team performance. Contributes to developing people capabilities in Marketing; transfers know-how and expertise to the team

  • Develops, implements, and monitor both the annual marketing plan and annual marketing budget

  • Coordinates all marketing activities with media agencies running a marketing campaign. Maintains an excellent professional relationship with external agencies to produce top-level events and campaigns, providing communication impact

  • Continuously assesses and identifies market trends, runs and evaluates customer research to understand the customers’ profile, competition data. Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends

  • Design marketing strategies and plans to identify opportunities and suggest relevant changes in marketing strategies as necessary. Develops the marketing strategy for new and existing products

  • Builds brand awareness and positioning. Coordinates marketing projects from start to finish

  • Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events. Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing

Candidatul Ideal

  • Educație/Experiență:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
    • Ideally 5-7 years of working experience in a Marketing position with a fast-paced and dynamic business environment (preferably food or FMCG)
    • More than 3 years of experience in a Senior Marketing position
    • Proven marketing campaigns experience
  • Alte cerințe

    • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
    • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask. Attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage budgets.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong people management and leadership skills
    • Advanced in English (written and spoken)
