We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for Bucharest, somebody with analytical skills to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns in order to generate leads. The Digital Marketing Specialist will know about key advertising, social platforms, and online marketing channels.

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns in order to generate leads

  • Identify and target audiences

  • Manage communications between production and creative teams

  • Analyse reporting, as well as channel insights, to recommend strategic improvements

  • Create, monitor and report on LinkedIn/Twitter/Google Analytics & Ads and other social media campaigns and their budgets

  • Analyse campaign performance, create reports and provide actionable items to improve results. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing content

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure flawless communication and promotion of company image across all online platforms (both for aperture and our clients)

  • Collaborate with other team members to generate original ideas and other digital solutions for promotion, including integrations between systems and tools used

  • In charge of posting blogs articles, campaign concepts and various other content, both on social channels and company websites

Candidatul Ideal

  • Educație și experiență

    • Studies or otherwise a demonstrable passion in Marketing or Business Administration / Management
    • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position preferable in a tech company – digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices and KPI’s with strong focus on B2B
    • You need to be a self-starter and be comfortable leading marketing efforts and setting success metrics for those efforts

  • Alte cerințe

    • Fluent in digital marketing best practices including SEO/SEM, email marketing, online paid advertising, landing pages
    • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Twitter (posting/ads)
    • Experience with WordPress (and Elementor)
    • Knowledge of HTML is a plus
    • Knowledge of content creation/editing tools (image, video, audio) is a plus
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Advanced level of English (writing and speaking). Advanced level of French (writing) is a plus
    • Digital-savvy and social media- savvy
