Job Description

We are looking for two motivated and experienced Sr. Front-End Developers (work from anywhere, full remote job, contract based/freelance).

Main responsibilities are listed below:

  • Develop our user-facing application’ layers using HTML, CSS and JS/jQuery

  • Planning and development of new functions and integrations for our web application

  • Close cooperation with product management to coordinate conceptual requirements

  • Development according to agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Build modular and reusable components and libraries

  • Optimize our application for performance. Continuous code optimization

  • Technical documentation of the developed solutions

  • Keep an eye on security updates. Propose any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices

  • Stay up-to-date with all recent developments in the programming languages

Ideal Candidate

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the field of computer science or a comparable course of study

  • Other requirements

    • Very good knowledge of current web technologies and programming languages with at least 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS and JS/jQuery
    • Knowledge in MSSQL, C#, nodeJS, Electron or .net beneficial, but not required
    • Structured approach to work and highest attention to detail
    • Very good written and spoken English skills
    • Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean code

  • Personality

    • Self-driven work ethic, hands-on mentality
    • Team person, positive attitude, open to ideas
    • Autonomy and initiative
