These directions are expected to have a positive impact both in terms of turnover and employees, with a more than 25% increase.

Descrierea Jobului

We are looking for a Financial Controller for Bucharest, a hardworking and inquisitive individual to join our team. He/she would be part of finance & accounting, but will also be interacting closely with the operational teams. His/her main objectives will be to find efficient ways to manage costs, increase customer experience, deliver accurate and insightful reports as well as oversee implementation of decisions.

Professional Responsibilities

  • Identify improvement opportunities, optimize and follow-up to deliver and maintain efficient workflows;

  • Continuously ensure data quality through reconciliations and cross-checks;

  • Perform monthly bank account reconciliations;

  • Provide support for financial and commercial decisions after thorough analyses;

  • Create and manage monthly and ad-hoc reports to management;

  • Collaborate with the accounting team as well as operational teams, in order to ensure consistency of information and proper allocation to cost centers;

  • Additional controller duties as necessary.

Candidatul Ideal

  • Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or another relevant field
    • 2+ years of work experience in data analysis, reporting, auditing or similar

  • Other Requirements

    • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
    • Understanding of financial reporting and data analysis

  • Personality

    • Good communicator, able to efficiently interact with team members
    • Organized person, with a self-started attitude
    • Analytical and critical thinker, with an ever-curious mind
