Job Description

We are looking for 1 x Senior Java Developer

We are looking for motivated and bright individuals that strive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute fresh ideas, learn new skills and meet challenges with enthusiasm. You will be required to create innovative solutions that span a multitude of technologies.

  • Identify and analyze user requirements

  • Java development (Java/Java EE, Tomcat, Wildfly, JBoss, WebSphere application server, Spring IOC, Spring AOP, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SOAP and REST Web Services, Swagger, Ant, Maven, CI/CD (ex. Jenkins))

  • Review team members code

  • Document development phases

  • Ensure applications are secure and up-to-date

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience

    • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering
    • 5+ years of experience Java development
    • Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications
    • Work experience as a Senior Java Developer
    • Experience using cloud infrastructure (ex. Kubernetes)
    • Good knowledge of Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE’s.
    • In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks (Spring)

  • Other skills:

    • Good command of English
    • Basic experience working with Linux systems
    • Knowledge development in microservice paradigm

  • Personality

    • Well organized, able to set priorities
    • Ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously
    • Analytical and problem-solving
