We are looking to recruit a Business Performance Analyst based in Cluj.

The main objective of the role is to document, analyze and understand various business metrics and provide Top Management with accurate reports.

Below are some of the most important responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with all departments to understand main operational processes

  • Design and build KPIs and KPIs scorecards. Creates a reporting system for the company departments, functions, and the main processes within the organization (KPIs and OKRs)

  • Collect relevant data from internal processes and departments. Perform data reconciliations to identify data anomalies

  • Provide weekly and monthly statistical reports (in Excel and Power Point) about various internal processes. Identify relevant trends, do follow-up analysis, prepare visualizations. Develop informative materials and reports for the top management

  • Monitor Business KPI’s to identify and report business performance. Produce business insights from performance KPI’s to support the decision making

  • Host Process Performance Meetings highlighting performance gaps and lagging areas. Based on the collected data, submits proposals on measures needed to carry out process improvement actions

  • Creates reports for monitoring employees performance

  • Provides consulting and support for process improvement. Contribute to the development of the internal system for continuous process improvement

  • Identifies and proposes new relevant indicators for evaluating the company’s activity

Candidatul Ideal

  • Educație și Experiență

    • Bachelor Degree preferable in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Technical / Computer Science / Accounting
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar positions or any anything regarding data analysis

  • Alte competențe

    • Excel & Power Point – advanced
    • English – intermediate
    • Good acknowledge of Business Analysis
    • High capacity for analysis and synthesis
    • Organizational capacity, coordination, task prioritization, strategy and planning
    • Communication / relationship skills and active listening

    • Proactive, dynamic, hands-on person who has the ability to work in a dynamic environment
    • Positive, casual attitude, open mind, creativity
