Descrierea Jobului

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will cover all hiring activities in company and wants to develop new skills in HR field.

Below are some more important responsibilities:

Recruitment (main)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment projects

  • Manage different recruitment channels

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill

  • Track internal referral processes

  • Provide various statistics and recommendations related to recruitment trends and challenges

Recruitment related/other

  • Demonstrate experience in employee counseling

  • Monitor employee trial period

  • Manage the medical check-up (Hire& Periodical)

  • Assign and track employee training programs on the platform

  • Provide support and back-up for Hr administrator – when needed

  • Support all HR projects – if needed

Candidatul Ideal

  • Education & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology/ Sociology)
    • Proven experience as a Recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar role – at least 3 years
    • Additional HR training will be a plus
    • Good written and verbal communications skills
    • Above-average knowledge of English
    • Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
    • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on Social Media
  • Personality/Characteristics:

    • Attention to details
    • Proven ability to work independently
    • Strong interpersonal skills
