Challenging requirements have to be met in the design of spacecraft with regard to their mass, stability, and strength. Spacecraft structures in general, are allowed a mass of less than 10% of the whole spacecraft mass whilst being required to withstand mechanical loads equivalent to 50 to 100 times their weight during launch. Job Description
We are looking for an Executive/Office Assistant located in Bucharest/Mogoșoaia. We are looking for a new executive/office assistant to support management with daily administrative duties to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will manage mostly business-related tasks such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. To do this role properly, you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and be extremely fast at solving problems. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
