Performs extensive levels of managing operational performance against client requirements. Regular supervision is exercised over Team Managers and rest of the operational staff.

  • Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversees performance and quality standard reviews to ensure outcomes meet client expectations
    • Troubleshoots and creates action plans to quickly and effectively address problems
    • Identifies process improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiencies operation
    • Monitors all key metrics in support of meeting/exceeding initiative objectives
    • Manages Program daily and monthly operating metrics within budgeted expense parameters
  • Managerial

    • Develops/manages/maintains employee productivity goals against departmental standards
    • Oversees all aspects of team member training and development related to programs and client needs
    • Promotes a healthy work environment with honesty, integrity, and respect for all employees
    • Manages all financial and budgeting responsibilities of operational support division
    • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to by all subordinated employees
    • Maintain a culture of Safety through personal example
    • Develop, execute, and assess continuous improvement plan to reduce accident and injury frequency
  • Others:

    • Prepares, modifies, and monitors budget for entire operational site
    • Participates in staff recruitment, hiring, retention, training, evaluation, termination, and supervision as necessary
    • Coordinates with all departments to oversee and maintain site inventory of supplies

Candidatul Ideal

  • Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technical or related field
    • 3+ years in supervising or managing operational activities
  • Abilities:

    • The ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of clients, staff and community members
    • Leadership, Supervisory, and Conflict Management Skills
    • Regulatory affairs/Quality assurance
    • Supervisory experience in a union environment
