The new tech-savvy generation of punters and gamers want a user-friendly proposition that makes it easy and convenient for them to enjoy gaming wherever, whenever. Therefore, since 2021, the company has been developing an online betting platform that includes casino games and live-casino and therefore is looking to hire new talents.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced CRM Specialist in iGaming industry (Bucharest).

Working as part of the marketing team, you will plan, execute and optimise all automated CRM activities for the casino and sportsbook verticals. Your objectives will be to reduce overall churn between the lifecycle stages, increase average player retention rate and player lifetime value.

You’ll work with a highly effective CRM segmentation and targeting platform and liaise regularly with the marketing and creative team, to design and implement automated campaigns across multiple channels that increase the number and value of players using our products.

You will take ownership of the full suite of automated campaigns ensuring that they are optimised and all of the content used is consistent, up-to-date and engaging.

More detailed responsibilities are listed below:

  • Identify key areas to implement automated campaigns in order to prevent churn and optimise play yield

  • Create and maintain a detailed list of all automated campaigns, across all relevant channels

  • Ensure all automated CRM campaigns are consistent, attractive, cost effective, relevant and aligned with other areas of the business, at all times

  • Tracking and reporting of key business KPI’s and player behaviours

  • Analysis of campaign results, reporting performance to the marketing team

  • Work with the creative and technical teams to ensure consistency of communication and according to brand guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation and that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively

Ideal Candidate

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Commercially minded, with at least two years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably within gambling industry
  • Other requirements

    • Strong analytical / mathematical / numerical skills.
    • Good understanding of both online casino and sportsbook
    • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
    • English

    • The ability to be innovative and creative with excellent communication and relationship management skills, a lateral thinker with the ability to understand and adapt to market trends
    • Team person, positive attitude, open to ideas
