Therefore, since 2021, the company has been developing an online betting platform that includes casino games and live-casino and therefore is looking to hire new talents.

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager iGaming industry (located in Bucharest)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join one of the market leaders within the Online Gambling space with a view of the progression longer term.

  • Create project plans to monitor the progress. Set project timeline & milestones

  • Oversees the process of planning, executing, and delegating responsibilities. Coordinate internal resources for the smooth execution of the projects

  • Manage assigned resources for the project, ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Attend, prepare and participate in all required project performance reviews, and strategy meetings

  • Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them. Drive a positive work environment through employee engagement

  • Monitor project deliverables: measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Ensure that all projects and tasks are delivered on time within the deadlines, within scope, and within budget

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks

  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress. Report and escalate to management as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience of managing IT related projects from start to finish, including phases such as planning, analysis design, development, QA and UAT
    • Previous experience within the Online Gambling industry
    • Excellent prior experience within project management

  • Other requirements

    • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
    • Hands-on technical experience
    • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
    • Good interpersonal skills

  • Personality

    • Team person, positive attitude, open to ideas
    • Autonomy and initiative, together with the discipline to act unsupervised to achieve results
